What is an FBA Prep / FBA Replenishment service?
If you sell on Amazon but want to avoid high FBA storage fees or long-term storage charges, we offer FBA Prep services. You can send your bulk inventory to us. We will:
Store it safely at a lower cost than FBA.
Perform quality checks.
Prep the items to Amazon's strict standards (poly bagging with warning labels, applying ASIN/FNSKU labels, bundling, and adding "Sold as Set" stickers) .
Ship small, frequent batches to FBA based on your sales velocity, helping you maintain a healthy Inventory Performance Index (IPI) and avoid stockouts .

How do you manage peak season surges, like Black Friday and Christmas?
Peak season preparation is critical. We manage surges by:
Forecasting: Working with you months in advance to plan inventory levels.
Scalable Staffing: Hiring and training temporary staff to ensure we meet our Same-Day or Next-Day cut-off times even with high order volumes.
Carrier Relationships: Holding UPS/FedEx accountable for timely pickups.
*Note: It's common for carriers to impose surcharges during peak (Oct-Dec), which are passed through, and receiving times may extend to 5-10 business days due to volume .*
-
Do you support multi-platform integration?
Yes, preventing overselling is our priority. Our WMS integrates seamlessly with all major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Walmart, etc.) via API connectivity. When an order is placed on your website, it automatically transmits to our system. We pick, pack, and ship it, and then the tracking number is automatically sent back to your store and the customer. Inventory levels are synced in real-time across all your sales channels .
-
How accurate is your inventory management? Can I see real-time stock levels?
We utilize a cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) with barcode scanning and cycle counting. Every unit is scanned at receiving, during put-away, and at picking. This ensures nearly 100% inventory accuracy. You will have access to a real-time dashboard where you can view stock levels, track orders, and run inventory reports 24/7 from any device
-
Can you manage returns for refunds or exchanges?
Absolutely. We provide a full return management service. When a customer returns an item:
We receive and inspect the item against your predefined criteria.
If it's unsellable (damaged, opened), we will quarantine it and follow your instructions (disposal, donation, or return to sender).
If it's sellable, we will repack it (if necessary), relabel it, and add it back into your active inventory for immediate resale, allowing you to recover up to 100% of the product's value

What is Dimensional Weight and how does it affect costs?
DIM weight is a pricing technique used by carriers like UPS and FedEx. It considers the package's volume (length x width x height) relative to its actual weight. If a large box is light, you are charged for the space it takes up in the truck, not just its physical weight.
We help you mitigate DIM weight costs by:
Right-sizing packaging: Using appropriately sized boxes to avoid "air shipping."
Package optimization: Recommending poly mailers for soft goods or using our box-cutting machines to reduce box height when possible .

What is the difference between a 3PL USA warehouse and Amazon FBA ?
While FBA is exclusive to the Amazon platform, a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse offers multi-channel fulfillment. This means we can store your inventory and ship orders for your website (Shopify, etc.), eBay, Walmart, and yes, even replenish FBA. You get more control over your inventory, transparent costs, and the flexibility to scale your brand across multiple sales channels without being locked into a single platform's complex fee structure and strict storage restrictions
-
What are your warehouse fees?
Our pricing is modular and transparent with no hidden fees. The main costs typically include:
Receiving Fee: Charged for unloading and inspecting your inbound shipment.
Storage Fee: Monthly charge based on the pallet, shelf, or cubic footage your goods occupy.
Pick & Pack Fee: A per-order charge for picking items, packing them securely, and labeling.
Shipping (Dimensional Weight): The cost of the USPS/UPS/FedEx label to deliver to your customer .
We recommend requesting a detailed fee schedule upfront to understand costs for specific value-added services.

My products are fragile or have special requirements. Can you handle them?
Yes, our warehouse is equipped to handle a wide range of products, including fragile items, liquids, and items containing lithium batteries. However, strict compliance is key.
Fragile items must be packaged in six-sided rigid boxes with appropriate cushioning .
For batteries, we require them to be packaged to prevent short circuits (terminals taped or in individual bags) and compliant with DOT hazardous materials regulations for storage and shipping .
For all hazardous or sensitive goods, please provide the Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) during setup so we can ensure proper storage and carrier compliance
-
What are your inbound shipping requirements?
To ensure your inventory is received quickly (typically within 2-5 business days of delivery), you must create a Shipping Plan or Ship Notice in our system first .
Each carton must have a clear, scannable FBA Label (if sending to Amazon) or our internal SKU label. Shipments without proper documentation or labels can face significant delays (up to 3 weeks) and may incur additional "unplanned prep" fees as we must correct the issues manually before stocking your inventory
